Including low-income families and individuals with mental health challenges. The hub works with the elderly, children and young people, refugees, and those with chronic physical health conditions. The integrated services provided at the hub have empowered individuals to make positive
changes in their lives.

Notable outcomes include helping people access better mental health care through on-site counsellors. While also providing valuable health interventions like cardiovascular screenings and diabetes support. The hub has led to significant health improvements for many participants. Tailored support for conditions, such as diabetes, has helped individuals manage their conditions. EitC’s approach also fosters community empowerment. Individuals are able to engage in co-designing their support, leading to a sense of ownership and belonging.

The programmes success is also reflected in its contribution to the building blocks of health. The employability support has helped many participants secure new employment or training opportunities. Offering long-term solutions to unemployment. EitC’s is committed to collaboration with local organisations and health services. This further strengthens the support available to participants. This creates a comprehensive and sustainable ecosystem of care. Through these efforts, EitC has made a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
